Filipa Pato is a trailblazing Portuguese vigneronne who followed in her famous winemaking father's footsteps but blazed her own path, working in a meticulous non-interventionist style to produce "authentic wines without makeup" from the native grapes of her region. Our fall list is inspired by her work with the kind of clay vessels that dominated the wine trade before the wooden barrel came into widespread use two thousand years ago. "Post Quercus" is "beyond oak," a roster of back to the future wines fermented and aged in clay, be it bright, buoyant sparklers, elegant, mineral driven whites, earthy amber wines, or dense, chewy reds for cold weather consumption.
We also offer fabulous cocktails, suds, ciders, and soft drinks! Follow this link for a look at the full bottle list. We allow corkage for a $50 fee with a strictly enforced limit of one bottle per table.
If you’re looking to stock your home cellar, there’s an even broader selection available through our Wine Store. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or special requests.
