Colleen and Sebastian Hardy make wine together under the Living Roots label on opposite sides of the globe, trading harvests between Colleen's home in New York's Finger Lakes and the Adelaide Hills of Seb's native Australia. Whether sourcing fruit from family vineyards or local growers, their approach is non-interventionist but rigorously clean and playful. As they wrap up their latest harvest 10,000 miles away, we're celebrating some of our favorite Australian wines and winemakers, delivering festive, sun-kissed but sophisticated wines that deserve a broader audience stateside.
